Kakamega FKF plays a crucial role in the sustainable growth of football in all sub-counties of the County of Kakamega. It supports the development of football at all levels.
All the key stakeholders have reached agreements. These include views and opinions from teams, players, referees, instructors, partners, and also fans. They focus on improving the Kakamega FKF calendar for each member. i.e men’s, women’s, and youth competitions.
Now Kakamega FKF is forming a team of experts. They will lead a process that includes an analysis of football development around Kakamega. The goal is to give every potential talent in the county a better chance to emerge. This will be done for both men’s and women’s football. The team of experts will spearhead the consultation and studies.
Kakamega FKF welcomes diverse views. It is facilitating consensus with all stakeholders. These stakeholders include members, associations, players, coaches, officials, clubs, leagues, confederations, commercial partners, media representatives, and fans. This is just the beginning of leading the consultations on the way ahead in making Kakamega Football great again and working on some proposals in the case of men´s, women’s and youth football
