The sub-county leagues also demonstrated extensive participation, spanning regions including Khwisero, Likuyani, Lugari, Lurambi, Malava, Mumias East, Mumias West, Matungu, Butere, Navakholo, and Shinyalu. Only Ikolomani did not participate in the Sub County Leagues.
