    After an intensive two-day training session, the trainee referees today undertook their final examinations, culminating their rigorous preparation.     In attendance during this two-day training were, among others, the National Referees Chairman, Mr. Caleb Amwayi, who also served as the chief instructor for the training program, providing invaluable insights and guidance to the participants. The FKF Kakamega county, Chairman Jeff Mudembei was present to support the initiative, alongside Rajab Wangalwa, the FKF Kakamega Secretary General, who played a vital role in the organization of the event. The treasurer, Fred Lugalia, was also in attendance, ensuring the financial aspects were well-managed, while Emily Khasiro represented the women’s interests as the FKF Kakamega Women Rep. Furthermore, Joseph Kubati, the FKF Youth Rep, contributed to discussions focusing on youth involvement in the sport. The FKF Kakamega Referees Chairperson, Margaret Atoko, was instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment for the referees. Sub Branch Referee Appointees Jacktone Makokha and Nashon Lumbasi actively participated, bringing fresh perspectives to the training. Invited guest instructor Frencina Khamali, a respected referee from the Kenya Premier League, shared her extensive experience, further enriching the learning experience for all attendees.
