Player Registration

First, download the player registration form after filling the form provided here. Attach a copy of your National ID/PP when returning this. If you are under 18 years of age, attach your birth certificate. Also, include a letter from your parent/guardian giving consent for you to play in our leagues. The letter must be signed by the parent/guardian and include his or her name, relationship to the player, have his or her contacts (P.o. box, mobile phone number and email) and be accompanied by a copy of his or her nation ID/pp. The signed registration forms should be mailed to info@fkfkakamega.com

Your club and affiliated league will use and store the details you provide on this form. They may also share them with other clubs, leagues, and FKF. This is for the purpose of your participation in our football related activities.
Your data will be stored in compliance with the data protection acts. It will not be shared with any other body without your consent. Information sharing is necessary only for your participation in football competitions and activities.
